This Privacy Policy explains how JBJ Business Services Inc, doing business as 5X Business Solutions ("5X Business Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit 5xbiz.com or use our services.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, including:

Name, email address, mobile phone number, and company name when you submit a form on our site
Information you provide during coaching calls, assessments, and program participation
Billing information processed by our payment provider

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, through standard web analytics.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiries and schedule calls
To deliver the programs and services you have purchased
To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and account notifications
To send program announcements and marketing communications, where you have given separate consent
To meet our legal and accounting obligations

SMS and text messaging

We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent to any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. Mobile information collected for text messaging is used only by 5X Business Solutions to send the messages you consented to receive. This information is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, the following applies:

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Consent for informational messages and consent for marketing messages are collected separately. You may give one and not the other.
Message frequency varies. You can expect roughly two to six messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to receive email from us or to use our services.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Email

We send transactional email related to your account, purchases, and scheduled calls. We also send marketing email where you have opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop transactional email about an active engagement.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on 5xbiz.com. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device that helps a website remember your visit.

We use the following categories:

Strictly necessary cookies. Required for the site to function, including page delivery and form submission. These cannot be switched off.

Some 5X Business Solutions programs involve information about our clients' employees and job applicants, including assessment results and performance records. Where we process that information, we do so on behalf of the client, we treat it as confidential, and we use it only to deliver the services the client has engaged us to perform. We are not an employer of record, and we do not provide employment law or human resources legal advice.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to deliver services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details below, subject to records we are required to retain.

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text message to stop text messages.
Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop marketing email.
Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.

Children

Our services are intended for business owners and operators. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy
