The terms that govern this site and our programs.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of 5xbiz.com and the services provided by JBJ Business Services Inc, doing business as 5X Business Solutions ("5X Business Solutions," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or purchasing a program, you agree to these terms.
We provide business coaching, operating system installation, diagnostics, assessments, and related training programs. The specific scope, price, and duration of any engagement are set out at the point of purchase or in a separate written agreement.
5X Business Solutions provides business coaching and operational guidance. We are not attorneys, accountants, tax advisors, employment law counsel, or licensed human resources professionals. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting, or employment law advice. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals before acting on any recommendation, particularly on hiring, classification, termination, compensation, and compliance matters.
Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your execution, and your team. We do not guarantee any specific financial result, revenue increase, hiring outcome, or retention outcome. Testimonials and case studies describe individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results.
Month to month subscriptions may be cancelled at any time with a minimum of 30 days written notice. Your membership stays active and billing continues through the 30 day notice period, after which billing stops and access ends. Cancellation requests should be sent to mike@5xbiz.com and are effective from the date we receive them. Fixed term programs are governed by the agreement signed at enrollment.
These additional terms apply only to members who enroll in 5X Workforce under a founding member offer. Where they conflict with the general terms above, these terms control for founding members.
The founding member rate applies to continuous membership. If your membership lapses, whether by cancellation or by non-payment that is not cured, the rate lock ends. Re-enrollment after a lapse is available at the standard price and standard setup fee in effect at that time.
Your install is delivered as a live working session, run online across two sittings totalling approximately four hours. Install sessions are scheduled with you after enrollment and are run in cohorts. We will confirm your cohort dates in writing. If you cannot attend a session, a recording is made available and a make-up session is offered with the next cohort.
Founding memberships may be cancelled at any time with a minimum of 30 days written notice to mike@5xbiz.com. Billing continues through the 30 day notice period. There is no minimum term and no cancellation penalty. Fees already billed are not refunded.
Unlimited use of the 5X Workforce Assessment is included for your own hiring while your membership is active. It is provided for use inside your business only. Reselling assessment access, or administering assessments on behalf of another business, is not permitted.
5X Workforce provides frameworks, scorecards, scripts, training, and reminders. We do not make hiring, disciplinary, or termination decisions for you, and we do not track, verify, hold, or attest to any third party credential, including insurance, workers compensation coverage, licensing, or background checks. Those checks remain yours to run and yours to keep. Nothing in 5X Workforce is legal, employment law, or human resources advice.
All materials we provide, including frameworks, scorecards, templates, scripts, workbooks, assessments, recordings, and written guidance, are the property of 5X Business Solutions and are licensed to you for use inside your own business only. You may not resell, republish, distribute, or use them to deliver competing coaching or consulting services without our written permission.

By providing your email address you agree to receive transactional communications about your account and engagement. Marketing communications and text messages require separate consent, which you may withdraw at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details, including our SMS terms.
Information you share with us about your business during an engagement is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties except as needed to deliver services or as required by law. We ask the same of you regarding materials and group discussions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or any engagement is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost profit damages.
Our services rely on third party platforms for scheduling, payments, messaging, hosting, and assessments. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes in those platforms, though we will work in good faith to maintain continuity.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the site or services after an update constitutes acceptance.
